JM23/JM26 Insulating Mullite Fire Brick Thermal Insulation In Industrial Furnace
Laurel supply several grades of mullite insulating brick for use in applications from 1260°C to 1760°C.Each grade of brick is formulated to meet specific thermal and physical requirements. After firing each brick is machined to close dimensional tolerances.Insulating bricks are manufactured utilising exceptionally high purity clays and other ceramic materials. The carefully graded organics which are used during the manufacturing process burn out during firing to give a uniform pore structure.
Our Mullite Fire Brick is a premium-grade insulating block specially engineered for industrial high-temperature applications. Composed primarily of mullite phase alumino‑silicates, this advanced mullite brick delivers outstanding thermal stability, low thermal expansion, and excellent resistance to thermal shock and slag erosion.
Available in a variety of sizes and standard thicknesses, these mullite refractory bricks are ideal for the linings of kilns, rotary furnaces, incinerators, and other harsh high‑heat environments. With high refractoriness and superior mechanical strength, our mullite brick ensures long service life and consistent performance.
